She added, the sponsor submitted a fiscal note for the Committee's consideration of $140 thousand dollars. Representative Foster MOVED the $140 thousand dollars fiscal note. Representative Brown WITHDREW her OBJECTION. There being NO further OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
